We have used Research Hinckley for over 20 years and have always had first class service from them. Wether it be MOT, service or repairs they have always looked after our needs. The courtesy collection service when we need work doing has been so helpful not just for us but also our son and daughter in law who also have used Research for many years now. The vehicles are always given a courtesy valet when they go in, even if it's only for MOT. Customer service these days is not always a given but I can honestly say we always get it from Research. Give them a try you won't regret it.

Booked my car in for a recall recently. Kelly from the service department was outstanding. Really professional, courteous and friendly. My car was even valeted before being returned to me. Top notch service all round and I'll definitely be back.

Research Garage Nuneaton (especially the Service Dept) continue to provide a first class level of customer service, and very reasonable pricing (for my Alfa Romeo Stelvio - which is also a first class car). Both of which put you well above my longstanding experience with my local Audi main dealer... plus a few other brand main dealers over the yrs. I have just brought a used car from Research Garage and can't thank them enough for all their help. After a recent car accident my existing peugeot had been written off, but after liaising with Andy we found the perfect next car for me to buy. All the paperwork was done smoothly and efficiently, leaving me with little to do especially after the stress of having to deal with the insurance on my old car. Cant fault Lee, the general manager for helping me. Had a letter for my car to be recalled, tried so many garages. Rang through to research garage and Lee got this done straight away. Along with any other staff, that helped along the way. Within 20 mins they rang me back and booked me in for the following week. I can now feel safe knowing my air bags have been done and I can stop panicking now. Thank you all for everything. Ticked every box with customer service and helpfulness.

The standards we all Deserve I have been driving for many years and brought so many cars, but can honestly say what a great experience, no push sales, answered every question I may of had, what really set the standards was from the manager to general manager to the guys on the showroom floor only one word exceptional ! In the end was so pleased I ended up purchasing two cars. The condition of both cars perfect can’t fault, also what stands out is the after care . We travelled around France for 3 weeks in our campervan in limp mode. Not able to get it fixed over there, quoted dates in July to look at it. We got home on Wednesday 25/6. Thursday pm we booked an appointment for Friday 27/6 at 8.30. We waited while they did a diagnostic check. Ian (service manager) advised us that their was a problem that needed replacement fans, which they could get that afternoon. We left and at 5.30 that afternoon Ian called us to advise that we were able to pick the campervan up Saturday so we could go away again on Sunday. Outstanding service from the service team, they are second to none and would recommend anyone. Definitely 5* service.

We ( my wife and me)recently purchased a used Fiat 500 convertible . The car was just in stock and needed preparation. Blake served us during the sale and went above and beyond to insure the car was prepared to a very high standard before collection ( including service and new tyres). We’ve bought cars from this dealer before , and had dealt with Blake previously and were very happy . Yet again we received a great service from Research garage ( and Blake) and would highly recommend them

Saw a Fiat 500 on Autotrader, was quite a rare model and exactly what I was looking for. Phoned up and went to see it on the same day (170 mile round trip), I was helped by Blake who was great. There were a few bits and bobs that needed addressing on the car which we were assured would be sorted. We were offered a good trade-in for our vehicle, test drove the 500 and loved it. Deposit put down, finance accepted and we collected the following week. All issues had been sorted (all minor, but needed doing) and I am very happy with the car. Blake was very professional to deal with and I would definitely recommend this dealer - 100%!

Very good experience. Saw an Abarth 595 advertised that really interested me,and at a very good price. Sent an email enquiry, and was called back by Ashley within 10 minutes. A little bit of toing and frowing, a price agreed, and I drove 40 miles to view, test drive and leave a deposit. All within 2 hours!! The car was immaculately presented and prominently parked to easily view. Ashley was very easy going, friendly and understood I didn’t want any flannel! Three days later I picked the car up, seen by a lovely lady (sales manager?, but can't remember her name sorry!) Final details sorted in 30 minutes, and had an entertaining drive home. Best dealership I've ever been to.

Good experience at Research Garage (Nuneaton) yesterday. Helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant staff. Serviced my Alfa while I waited. What they told me would happen, happened. Clean coffee machine areas etc and plenty of comfortable seating. A clean, well organised and run car dealership. Will use again in the future. Thank you to all at Research.

5* service from Rob. Had a serious issue with a newly purchased car from Stellantis &You which almost completely put me off the car I wanted. After speaking with Rob @ Research Garage, my faith has been restored. Had my new 208 GT Line for about a week now and it drives perfectly - so far, so good! Covered by a 2 year warranty for a really good price. Would defo recommend the company, great service.

Have had the last three services of my Quadrifoglio at this garage and each time the service team have been fantastic. Earlier this week I had an issue - I called up Monday, Appt made for Diagnostic on Thurs. Car dropped off the day before and handed a beautiful clean courtesy car.. Car was repaired and ready to collect the same day. Can’t thank the ladies on service desk enough 🙏
