Job Description

VEHICLE SALES ADMINISTRATOR (PART-TIME)

The Role

Work closely with Sales Execs/Managers in the processing of customer orders
Call off sold vehicles from manufacturers
Action vehicle transfers in and out from/to other dealers
Monitor and report on vehicle build progress
Claim vehicle rebates and support from manufacturers
Claim EV grants where applicable
Register new vehicles
Tax vehicles
Optimise funding of vehicles through stocking lines
Check and action finance settlements on part exchange vehicles
Manage deposit refunds
Ensure manufacturer Demo compliance standards are met
Update and maintain vehicle stock records
Complete monthly report of new and used vehicles sold
Ensure all rebates are received from manufacturers

Previous experience in vehicle sales administration
Computer-literate

Clear and concise communicator
Attention to detail
Ability to manage competing tasks simultaneously
Ability to work as part of a team but also independently
Note this role will be based primarily at Nuneaton but you will be expected to provide occasional cover at our Hinckley site too
Full clean driving licence and own transport essential
