Service Advisor - Hinckley

The role

• Manage booking of MOTs, service and repair work

• Manage service-related telephone, email and walk-in enquiries

• Meet and greet customers

• Communicate with customers about service work required and turnaround times

• Reply to customer queries

• Explain work done and breakdown of invoice

• Advise customers of the benefits of service plans and warranty cover

• Identify and discuss additional necessary work with customers

• Contacting customers re MOT/service reminders and for Customer Service Surveys

  Requirements

• 2 years experience in a customer-facing role (pref motor trade)

• Full driving licence

Hours of work/holiday

• Mon-Fri 08:00 to 18:00 with 1 hour lunch break

• Every third Saturday morning 08:30 to 12:00

• 20 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays

  Salary

• Basic £25k + unlimited upsell commission opportunity. Realistic OTE £30k+.

The role will be based primarily in Hinckley but you may occasionally be asked to work at our Nuneaton site to provide cover.
