Main Purpose of Role

To achieve all new and used sales objectives by managing a highly professional, motivated and efficient sales team.

To work closely with the senior management team to formulate policies and procedures to achieve maximum profitability from vehicle, finance, insurance and accessory sales

To work effectively within Research Garage Group, ensuring industry leading standard customer care and satisfaction at all times.

Ensuring the Showroom is Fully Staffed at All Times

Ensuring a senior sales manager is on site at all times

To ensure demonstrators are cleaned and fuelled at all times

Management/optimisation of new vehicle stock ordering and consignment stocking plans

Ensuring all bonuses and incentives from manufacturers are identified and claimed

Managing relationship with manufacturer managers and representatives
