Experienced Service Advisor to the Nuneaton team
Service Advisor key attributes:
- Previous experience in an automotive or logistics environment is essential.
- The successful service administrator will also be PC literate and be able to adapt and learn the in house PC system
Service Advisor general duties:
- General reception based roles including taking breakdown calls and regular customer service.
- Arranging technicians time for repairs, servicing and maintenance of commercial/retail vehicles.
- Raising purchase order numbers.
- Filing and other general administrative duties.
