The Jeep Renegade e-Hybrid at Research Garage
The Jeep® e-Hybrid technology is based on the new petrol 1,5L Turbo engine, delivering 130 HP through the front-wheel drive, supported by a second, P2 48V electric motor able to boost performance up to 15 kW (20 HP) in various phases of the driving experience. Unlike other Mild Hybrid cars, the Jeep® e-Hybrid system is actually able to guarantee a pure electric driving, with the electric engine taking care of the low speed manoeuvres.

The new Renegade Upland is an uncompromising SUV, with an e-Hybrid powertrain that curbs emissions and delivers performance. It has quicker acceleration and overall improved speed compared to traditional engines, coupled with unparalleled driving comfort. Its interiors are crafted with recycled materials and the details exude personality, like bronze finishing and contrasting black roof.
The epitome of Jeep style, the Renegade S keeps aesthetic front and centre, with details like 19" alloy wheels, full LED lights, premium fabric upholstered seats and bespoke finishes. Bi-colour paint also available in a range of colours.

Releasing the brake pedal, the car starts to move with the electric motor only, with the softness of the best automatic gearboxes and in total silence.
E-LAUNCH
Thanks to the advanced hybrid technology, the soft starts are silent and in pure electric.
E-QUEUING
Thanks to pure electric driving at low speed, the e-Hybrid technology allows you to move smoothly and quietly even when you are in the queue, between stops and restarts in the traffic jam.
