Car was booked in as a recall. We arranged to use the collection service. Grace contacted me the day before to confirm this was going to happen. The driver Neil was polite and friendly. We were informed by Grace that the car was ready and that it would be returned home. Neil brought the car back, again was friendly. The car had been given a courtesy wash.

Paid a visit to Peugeot Research Garage Hinckley on 08/07/2026. I saw a Vauxhall Grandland EV which is just the type of car I'm after. What a disappointment, after two tours round the site ,no parking available and one member of staff really couldn't care less, I left. Done themselves out of a possible sale and a round trip of 30 miles,total waste of time and petrol.

Good experience with exceptional help and guidance. I never felt that I was pressurised to make a purchase. Saleem explained all of my options and was very supportive especially during the teat drives.

We have just purchased a Peugeot 2008 at Research Hinckley and the whole experience from first contact to test drive to purchase was absolutely fantastic. Our salesman was Andy Wiggins and he was so professional and friendly and never once felt any pressure. All the staff at Research Hinckley were really friendly and made sure we were offered cups of coffee if we was waiting. We are really pleased with our purchase and would not hesitate using Research Hinckley again in the future.

Service team are friendly and efficient, whenever my car needs a service, MOT or warranty work, this is my go to dealership. Other dealerships don't have the same family feel to it, prices are fair and any work always explained clearly, don't feel taken advantage off, see you as a customer not a cash cow. When I do come to replace my current car, this will be my first choice for doing a deal.

They gave me a very generous part exchange for my trade in and with very good discounts on the new vehicle the on the road price was exceptional. Top Class Service Whole process pleasant and efficient. Was easy to book my 1st Service, had complimentary call on the evening before to remind me to turn up :-D, on arrival met with very pleasant, smiley but professional reception staff .... they listened to a couple of minor potential issues ... then popped off for a Full English breakfast (can highly recommend the Country Crust!!!). Just finished my coffee when received a phone call to advise the work was completed and on return to Dealership the reception was again exceptional, with a detailed explanation of work carried out. Went out to car and it was as clean as when I collected it when it was brand new. Genuinely cannot recommend this Dealership enough .... thanks to all staff involved

We have used Research Hinckley for over 20 years and have always had first class service from them. Wether it be MOT, service or repairs they have always looked after our needs. The courtesy collection service when we need work doing has been so helpful not just for us but also our son and daughter in law who also have used Research for many years now. The vehicles are always given a courtesy valet when they go in, even if it's only for MOT. Customer service these days is not always a given but I can honestly say we always get it from Research. Give them a try you won't regret it.

I have just brought a used car from Research Garage and can't thank them enough for all their help. After a recent car accident my existing peugeot had been written off, but after liaising with Andy we found the perfect next car for me to buy. All the paperwork was done smoothly and efficiently, leaving me with little to do especially after the stress of having to deal with the insurance on my old car. Cant fault Lee, the general manager for helping me. Had a letter for my car to be recalled, tried so many garages. Rang through to research garage and Lee got this done straight away. Along with any other staff, that helped along the way. Within 20 mins they rang me back and booked me in for the following week. I can now feel safe knowing my air bags have been done and I can stop panicking now. Thank you all for everything. Ticked every box with customer service and helpfulness.

The standards we all Deserve I have been driving for many years and brought so many cars, but can honestly say what a great experience, no push sales, answered every question I may of had, what really set the standards was from the manager to general manager to the guys on the showroom floor only one word exceptional ! In the end was so pleased I ended up purchasing two cars. The condition of both cars perfect can’t fault, also what stands out is the after care . Judging by the parking of the employees this is not somewhere you want to buy a car or have work done. They park badly (taking up enough room for multiple cars, blocking driveways and clogging up the road) on busy residential streets nearby the garage. You're a vehicle garage, I struggle to understand how you do not have enough parking for your employees and instead choose to inconvenience local residents
