I have driven 3 Fiat 500's over the past 13 years and they are lovely fun cars. I only changed to a different car as needed a larger car. Fiat Research Nuneaton have always been so helpful. Thank you so much to Ashley Draper for being so helpful when I recently sold my car back to Fiat Research.

Brilliant car dealership. An example of how things should be done. Very professional but very warm and welcoming. Every staff member I dealt with was really lovely and nothing was too much trouble.
I’d even asked to collect my car a day earlier than scheduled and they exceeded my expectations and pulled out all the stops to ensure I was able to. It seemed nothing was too much to ask. Blake was just 10/10, he was exceptional from the start. From reserving my car online, giving me all the necessary information in my purchase, to when I collected the car. Genuinely can’t fault anything about my experience. Really happy with the car too. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

Reasearch Garage kept our vehicle for over 170 days citing 'we are so busy right now' we can't do the work right away. We then paid C£10000.00 for the privilege of their services. There were post repair issues, albeit minor, however, when approached regarding these matters, the customer service and assistance was nothing short of abruptly dismissive, defensive, denying and downright rude. Avoid at all possible costs. Appalling customer service levels any comments will be met with a brick wall of denial. I feel so sorry for future customers who unwittingly fall fowl of this establishment.
