So far I've had two cars from Research, Alfa Romeo Giulietta followed by an Abarth 124 Spider within 6 months, great sales guy at the time when I had both (Phil). Service on the 124 Spider was due, and Spencer (Service Manager) was great at dealing with my request, great communication and nothing was too much for Spencer to look into. An all round great service, and certainly tempted by the Courtesy car of the Giulia in 12 months time. My only downside of the experience was by the sales guy who handed over the keys to the Giulia who was very negative and questioned 'I don't understand why we're letting you have this vehicle' and was quite 'miserable' when handing over the keys to me. (Service due, and I can only see positives of letting a customer who had 2 vehicles within 6 months, has 12 month left on a contract the opportunity to 'test drive' to get me considering for next time... Audi sales guys let you have the keys to Audi A5 S Lines 68 plates, or Audi A4 All Road 18 plates if your car is in for service (I witnessed this in action)). But don't let that put you off, get the right sales guy with the Service team there for after purchase and you're onto a winner! Never seen so many smiley faces when I walked into the Service reception to drop off and pick up my vehicle.
